PRIVILEGED TO SERVE

This past Sunday we were issued a "call" to serve at Gateway Baptist Church in Lake City, FL. We accepted that call and we are so excited to join-in their journey of ministry. There is no better place to be than joined with the Bride of Christ and daily seeking places to honor and serve Him. Thanking Jesus for the privilege of investing in people and joining Him in His work here on this side of glory!

FAMILY

After a super week with Brandon, April, Taylor, Addyson, Kynley & Riley, we headed to Va Beach & Elizabeth City to visit more of our wonderful family! In the middle of our stay, Steven celebrated his 64th birthday. I am so thankful for this man and looking forward to spending another year of adventures with him! Great way to finish-up 2015 and begin 2016...to spend "life" just living with those God gave you.

65 years together! Love Them!!

CiCi's is always on Steven's places to eat. He & Ellen have the same taste buds...I don't get it! Brian & Anthony joined us for more pizza than we needed!!

We were able to stay with Mama during her infusion procedure. Helped to pass the hours quickly.

Jessie, Sheri (Braelynn), Jasmine & Benjamin and a little belated Christmas celebration.

Little Braelynn is due Feb 3rd!!!

Jessie & Sheri & family joined us for dinner out.

Big Daddy's...Lauren treated us to an evening out at her place of employment.

"Big Ed" & "Lil Ed"...as we were known in high school. He blesses my heart!

GREAT VISIT

We had a great week with Brandon, April & crew! Spent the day playing & relaxing. Papa helped Brandon with a project and then we finished the day by attending church together. Brandon & April attend Fairfax Community Church and after their service they have a little cafe and offer pizza for a fellowship time. So, we filled up of the Word, then pizza & cappuccino...and if that was not enough...we headed to Zinga for frozen yogurt!! A great finale to a great week.

Then...storytime and while Dad was reading to Addyson & Kynley, Riley was exploring the girl's playhouse. Of course, he was climbing instead of sitting on the seats!
