March For Jesus

The march started at the Holy Grounds Coffee House and ended up at City Hall, fun morning of meeting other Believers, greeting those along our walk with "God Loves You!" and enjoyed the blessing of the Pastors in the community who prayed for Springfield to be a lighthouse for Jesus. It was a great prelude to the celebration of HIS Resurrection!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MAMA!

This was a very welcome sign after driving all night.

We were weary, but smiles won out!

Now that is surprised!!!

Ellen and I decided to surprise Mama on her 80th birthday. Steven flew me into Jax so Ellen would not have to make the 10 hour drive alone and we could experience a fun road trip together! (Sweet of him, :-D)

When I arrived in Jax, Erica was in the midst of a 10 mm kidney stone, OUCH! So I was able to lend a hand with the boys. The timing was great! Three days with B&B was a real treat for me!

Great New Ministry!

Our Daughter-in-law, Erica has begun a new ministry with her two precious sons, Braddock (age 3) and Beckham (age 19 mos). They pray for friends and family (and many they have never met) every month and mail out homemade crafts to the people on their prayer list. The boys are having fun creating and also learning about how important it is to pray for others at the same time!

Incredible Memories

On our way back to Springfield, I mentioned that one of the country catalogs I receive was from The Vermont Country Store. As it turned out...it was right off of I-91...so Steven indulged me (again) and we stopped in for a peek!

In summary...we have experienced some unbelievable (week-long) events that have sealed some pretty great memories in our hearts. We remain humbled and very thankful for the many cards, well wishes, monetary love gifts, and extreme generosity of so many. Thank you all!!!
